    Whoever in your organization decided to change the format.. that person needs to be let go because they do not have the customer's best interest in mind. This new format is awful, please change it back. I have had an AOL email for a long time but if the new format doesn't change back I'll change and get a new email address.

    I'm missing important emails, some come through a week late, I can clean out a day or so worth of emails at a time then come back & there's more there like I didn't just delete anything.

    I pay for Compuserve and prefer the clean look, stationary etc. I know it is owned by AOL so why fiddle with the look and added ****. You play with fire when you ignore loyal clients feedback.

    The number of emails is not changing. It's frozen on the number when the update was installed. How do I reset it and get it to work properly?

    New format not good. Can't manage it and want old back. Old format much better. May leave AOL.

    old format was much better. now i am thinking about not using aol anymore. please go back to old format.

    Simple: bring the old email back! I really hate the new format! And why am I still seeing email that I deleted in 2019?

    stop the delete by accidentally swipe!!!!!!!! giveaway person at least 30 seconds to undo it,...not a split second..!!!really!

    mail doesn't open in the mail folder, it opens in the news folder. There is no indicator on the icon to let you know there's new mail. and now I have to click through multiple menus to get to my inbox. You call this progress? this is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!
