    security question won't work. I've used every school I've ever attended and none will work. i called customer service and they asked for a phone number to match to the account. I gave them a land line and a cell number both haven't changed in over 20 years and they told me they didn't match and couldn't help. Had to create a gmail account to communicate since I can't login for over a week now.

    I am sick to death of changing my password and each time I successfully get into site , the next time I am told my my password is incorrect and I have to once again change the password...Nightmare!

    So far I have AOL for 2 days and so far it is compatable Android OS LG smartphone but I can't get AOL mail to work! The password is screwed up.

    I can't sign in to aol from android phone to check email...have to go on computer to check mail....uninstalled app and reinstalled app..still nothing...works fine on the iPhone...just not on Samsung S8+...frustrating..been like this for weeks now!

    I can't remember my password and they won't let me sign in. why do I have to have a password

    Keep trying to sign and it says try again later something went wrong

    I Keep getting a response that it expired. When I contact you guys my password works but when I try again it star all over again. Please Help me solve th this problem.
