I may have to cancel this service since, I can't delete mail sent to me from my self and something called aolreminind,please help.

Thanks for reaching out. In order to disable the reminder, open your AOL Calendar, from a desktop computer, locate the event and click on it, then select Edit. Next Click on the drop-down arrow next to the reminder section, and select “No reminder” from the drop-down.
