Aol app mailbox does not generate letters with accents ex. é,í,ó,ñ etc, insted all is replaced with "??"

To get to the special characters, simply press and hold the key associated with that special character until a pop-up picker appears. Keep your finger down, and slide over to the special character you want to use, then lift your finger: That character will then appear in the text field you’re working with. If this is not the case, please set up your Keyboard to a language that has special characters.
