Please add directions on how to update your received messages to the current date.
when I view my incoming messages, they are often from several days ago, and the list does not update to add more recent messages. how do I force the updating?

Please pull down from the top of the screen in order to refresh your Inbox and you should see the recent emails. If this isn’t working, please contact our customer care team at 1-800-300-5017 for further assistance.
