    fookin **** thought I was the only one! this ol crusty *** email/internet service can't keep up with the got damned times, bloody madness!

    there's a glitch or something I think. I'm not able to delete emails or mark some suspicious emails as spam.

    The Sorry we hit a snag notification is annoying and irritates. Each time I'm trying to delete emails I get that notification. PLEASE FIX THE ...PROBLEM.

    Over at least the last 6 months, any time I try to delete an email, I get the "hit a snag" error message.
    Also, STOP filtering mail to spam that IS NOT spam!!
    Incorporate more account settings in the app!! Like setting up folders and such.
    AOL has become the WORST email program out there!!!

    I'll repeat my comment that didn't show. Can't delete emails unless I go to "Trash" or "Spam" first. Then when I come back, usually it works. (usually...)

    Keep having to reinstall the app as it wont met me delete messages kerps saying sorry we've hit a snag. This is happening more frequently!

    the ongoing problem of the inability to delete emails. you've been working on it for over a month, and it's still an issue. get it fixed for heaven's sake.
