    delete email issues, slow to load, trash doesn't empty, too many ads, junk news etc

    this is a privacy issue and people can file a class action. my daughter seen something i did not want her to see because I deleted it and it came back because of aol malfunction iss

    Aol NEVER allows me to deleted my e mails when I want to. I dont understand how it always tells me Sorry cant be done at this time. Literally the only e mail I have problems with. It needs to be figured out someone.

    when I start to delete multiple messages by swiping to the left, it gives me a message at the bottom of my phone saying sorry we hit a snag, please try again later to delete messages or something like that. please fix this. the issue happens intermingly. it appears at bottom of screen on note 9. ty.

    deleting emails is hit and miss. i find the app buggy and generally not nice to use. yet you force users out of other applications to use this! sort it out AOL

    This entire weekend I have been unable to empty the Trash...'we've hit a snag'... constantly popping up... this is an ongoing issue... thank you
