you're a big company with lots of Technology why aren't you having your customer service reps working from home.
I've had a corrupt Google account for five or six months you have no phone support of how to fix it your website tells you nothing about it you don't even have a chat feature to talk with a live person. You're one of the biggest companies and have some of the best technology, other companies have figured out how to get their employees to work from home why can't you? I think I might get rid of Google altogether cuz your talk-to-text doesn't even work properly it writes things that I didn't say and I have to go back and manually fix it on the keyboard so what progress did I make using talk-to-text
