    I want the old format back...unread emails etc. Your new format is pretty but not user friendly

    u r too one sided and liberal in your coverage, just part of the lunatic club now i guess. very disappointing for a 20 year
    customer.

    Good idea some emails are often stubborn and will try all means to keep bothering you
