How can we improve the AOL App?

I want the option of the old email format. Stop changing things. The reason I've stayed with AOL is because I want what I'm used to.

    I hate email new format.AOL it is terrible, sent email this morning, checked if sent, can't find it, so how do I now send an email?? and where the **** is it??? do right thing reinstate Old Format PLEASE

    don't like the new format .the others format was a lot more user friendly.

    you really need to return to the old format. I called and complained to AOL about it. It seems, you didn't take it seriously. whether or not you know it some of the major corporate businesses in the United States subscribe to AOL. it's because they've always been with AOL like I have. you're disrupting the industry by these changes by some young kid who decides things aren't good can't let youngsters judge what people have been using for years and just decide you're going to make it different now. I have been with AOL for over 21 years.

    I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN, I DO NOT LIKE THE CHANGES. I AM LOST AND HAVE ISSUES WITH THE UNNESSARY CHANGES. SWITCH MY ACCOUNT BACK.

    I don't need all these emails they are ridiculous I don't use them I don't have animals I just want what was there before so change it back

    The reason I have used AOL for decades is because of the format. Now that you've ruined that, I am basically paying for Yahoo instead of AOL Gold. Give us the old format back.

    I agree with ALMOST EVERY ONE of the comments made here! I chose to use AOL. for my email because it WAS. user friendly and easy to navigate through possibilities. That IS NOT THE CASE now!

    I am not happy that I cannot s÷ all of my folders and you have made it so much more difficult to access older mail in folders.

    Emails deleted or moved on App do NOT reflect on AOL Desktop GOLD

    This app does not allow you to send a group contact. Why would you change that? It also messed up all my contacts and caused me more work. Why change an app that's good to an app that is terrible? Bad, bad.
