How can we improve the AOL App?

PLEASE got back to the old email format. It was very user friendly. At least allow us a choice of we want the new one. It is awful!

    Listen, it's all fun and games until my dad can now NOT figure out his emails and I have to help him on the phone a few times a day. I think it's horrible formatting.

    It worked perfectly before, why?? Why did you do this? It's not enhanced, it's a hot mess.
    Please, I need my time back.

    please go back to the old email format. It was very user-friendly. At least allow us a choice of what we want versus the new one. This sucks. it is as awful as it can get. Admin take this seriously... the majority of your user customers or old timers from the time that AOL started. We've been loyal to you please be loyal to us. bring back the old format

    how many more negative comments are going to have to be posted in order for admin of AOL to go back to the old format.

    I hate this new format it is so hard to navigate. Please allow us to have a choice what format we want our mail to be. This sucks I don't even like opening up my mail anymore from my tablet. you have forced us to upgrade to this format. most of your customer base on AOL are all old timers from the time that AOL started. We were loyal to you now you need to be loyal to us please and I emphasize please go back to the old format

    I don't like this new format. I want the check boxes back so I can select multiple emails to delete without opening them or to move into a folder. also I can't figure out how to switch to my other AOL email account. PLEASE bring back the old format. I am not happy!

    who invented this "new" format which is like going back to the original non user friendly way of doing things. It's as bad as it gets. No notifications of an email. Horrible. Someone uninvent this and reinvent the way that was working.

    whoever decided to change what was working must be fired immediately! this new format sucks. and I hate it. put my old one back. your as worse as facebook
