How can we improve the AOL App?

PLEASE got back to the old email format. It was very user friendly. At least allow us a choice of we want the new one. It is awful!

    HATE THIS NEW FORMAT! Looks way to messy and confusing. Give US the option of what format, "Simplified" or "Messy".

    If you go to the Settings and select no preview and no avatar it looks a little better.

    yes this new format is awful. I can't get the app to even show my emails. I need help. I have to be able to get my emails

    Tge new format is too busy looking and not user friendly. It seems geared to a juvenile, which is ridiculous because kids use other forms of social media, not generally email. Here are other free email services...Gmail, outlook, protonmail, zoho, I loud mail, Yahoo...

    This is awful, how do you delete an email before you have to open it? And I'm paying for this!!!
    Give me the option of going back to basic, user friendly AOL

    I like the old format. This one sucks. My Mom is 84 she will have a great deal of problems with this format.

    one of the reasons I have stayed with AOL was the ease of it's email and that it has remained fairly constant in it's delivery of daily news and other information. please give us the option to return to your previous format.

    this new format sticks and that is being kind. some of my email folders did not survive the new format and now they are lost. very ******

    I had important information stored in folders and the folders hav disapeared.

    new aol email app format sucks period. looks like merged or borrowed from other company's email format -very similar to yahoo email app format, but hate this new ****, old AOL previous version was best most simple userfriendly for daily use and fun. is this POSSIBLE? goto AOL app and undo\remove updates -how to go back to previous version of AOL email app?
