How can we improve the AOL App?

PLEASE got back to the old email format. It was very user friendly. At least allow us a choice of we want the new one. It is awful!

    Stop trying to look like Gmail. There's is (or WAS) a reason I preferred AOL. The new format is not good. AT LEAST have an option to turn off the distracting, icon photos with random letters on cluttered backgrounds.

    Your new format is NOT user friendly AT ALL!! Please return to at least the prior format that was designed more for us the users rather than your advertisers.... WAY TOO MANY ads!!!

    good heavens. go back to the simpler format. and, my Settings choices do not stand; they are ignored.

    I couldn't agree more. The new format renders many emails unreadable. I've paid for many years to use a superior service for email, namely AOL. this new format is now inferior by far to other, less expensive options.

    This email format is terrible. unfriendly and makes my work harder. May need to cancel my paid subscription.

    How do I go back to email format on my Android phone I had yesterday. I pay dearly for this for over forty years. I can get something I don't like for free.

    i don't like new format (today) on my android. need to be able to delete emails without looking at them & can't see how to do that. please change back!!!
