Post HELP tips in a way us "AOL for Dummies" would grasp.
Back in the beginning of AOL it was so easy to make changes to any of our accounts by logging into the "master email" and click on keywords or settings. You'd then be able to choose parental controls, other settings, reset passwords all at the same time, etc. Bring back the old Easy AOL Please!!!
