    Give the user an option to keep the old format. New format is not user friendly.

    some folders have disappeared ! it is a mess when i want to move e-mail to different folders

    Major Losses Occurred
    I'm highly distressed since most of my important folders with saved emails disappeared since your new version took away my life's important saved emails. 😥

    New system is awful! Clumsy and not intuitive. I've lost important materials
    already, as well as struggling to do daily communication.Return to the original or lose me (after 20+ years).

    I would prefer the old e-mail format. One problem with the new format is that you can't turn your device to the landscape position to read the e-mail. The old format was much more versitile and user friendly.
