Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    New format is horrible. Need to easily save as new vs default to old. Too many steps to delete and move mail.

    selecting one category below is impossible. the category NOT offered is "ALL THE CATEGORIES"

    The number on the aol icon always says 208, I like the old format better

    Should be able to mark email unread while the email is open, as in the old system on the app

    This new format is the worse. You delete stuff and it comes back two days later. You try to save emails and they want save. The trashcan doesn't empty, and when you delete the emails they show up in the trash minutes later. This is the same format that you guys copied off of Yahoo, but they did it right.

    I want to be able to sort and remove all emails from one sender at a time on phone and computer at same time.

    Stop a new mail automatically dropping into old mail on opening. Keep it in the new mail box until its manually retired, or as a minimum give us this option as user defined parameter.

    stop making upgrades!!! everything you keep making changes I can't find my emails. All of us are not twenty something!

    need to fix landscape mode on tablets. happens on all screens mail, news etc
