    Gen z and Millennials already think AOL is a big outdated joke like MY SPACE. Now you guys are going to lose the few users you have left. Great research!

    Revert to old format. At least, allow access to missing folders. This is a ridiculous and disruptive change.

    can't read email in portrait so I rotate my android phone to get landscape but it does not perform this function.

    this new format doesn't let you permanently delete plus now I get 100 irrelevant ads a day

    Return to functionality and don't change what works for your customers. Restore what was successful for us. That's customer service!

    we should have the option to delete am email before opening it. it could be spsm, a virus, whatever. I hate the new system
