    you can't select multiple emails to delete at once, they have bbn to be one by one now. constantly having to switch to email because stupid thing keeps going to news. can't switch from trash, inbox, and trash, etc folders without going into manage acct.... just hate all of it now

    when a new email was announced in the past I could immediately delete. that does not appear to be an option any longer. it was very helpful in keeping clutter down. please bring it back.

    New format is terrible. Go back to the previous format. New format doesn't allow me to see all of my folders and I can't move messages into folders without having to go into a Saved folder. Need to correct this now. I pay for Tech plus support and this is Not Working to the customers advantage.

    Please return to old email format or I'll have to use hubby's gmail acct which I don't want to do.
