Old format so much better.
Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

I need my folders back. Over half of the folders I had labeled with stuff in them have disappeared including important documents on my father's death. This might be the time to switch over to Google or Hotmail accounts for good. AOL has passed it's prime and is rotten.

When moved to new platform, lots of folders went away. I can see on laptop version but not phone. On phone for 50 min with tech support who couldn't help...Said since they were older folders they would be under "saved" in alphabetic list of folders...they aren't there either. She said computer engineers would have to fix so they show up again. Something serious happened in change to new platform and I much preferred the old version. I now have no access on my phone to folders I use in business daily. Please...HELP and advise what can be done. Oh...and the tech support lady hung up on me when I asked about next steps or when I would hear something!!

new isn't always better. stick to classic format. millenials have terrible ideas. they're cancelled.

I have to open each email to delete it. what a pain. I have been thinking of changing email addresses. maybe this is a good time. I'm one of the few who actually pays for this.

The email CLOSES while I'm in the middle of reading it when a NEW email arrives.
