Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    I DESPISE the new e-mail format!!! About 40 folders are no longer available on my phone...including my EMPLOYMENT FOLDER & sub-folders are assigned by AOL & not accessible. The new e-mail format is "busy" & very unhelpful in trying to identify senders & subject matter quickly. PLEASE return to the old format. Simpler IS better.

    Additionally, while reading an email, if new mail comes into your inbox, the email one is reading automatically closes and the incoming emails show up.
