    I've now used the new "improved" app for Android for two days. It is neither as user-friendly or as simple as the original app. I can't express how much I dislike it. It's not a matter of getting used to it. It just is an inferior layout, in my opinion. Please, for the love of my sanity, revert back to the old app. I have been an AOL user for 25+ years and I hate, hate, hate this new design.

    android mail still able to send mail with my complete signature line and AOL omits my logo... please ask Android mail how to set yours up too

    Old format was better....PLEASE go back to old format or at least give us a choice of the old or new.

    Lost folders are back again. I'm not sure what's going on. I think that I was only able to access my folders, after I had accessed them separately from my inbox (using the instructions that AOL had sent previously). After that, I was able to see the folders and move items there directly from my inbox as I have in the past.

    Some things were good. The print was bolder. Didn't like I had to look for sent mail. It was at top of page, now it is at the bottom. I wanted to attach a picture I saved from Facebook yesterday and couldn't find it.

    new mail is terrible. I pay for AOL and My email each month. This is bull.

    Really important information saved in my folders, half of them missing ! Well done on breaking the app. When will AOL realise that 'pretty' is NO substitute for FUNCTIONAL ? And when will I get my folders back ?

    I loved the old aol setup. I had it setup so that I could find what I needed quickly. now everything is out of order

    I can't find any of my old folders with the new app. What's going on? I had lots of email organized in those folders, it's important!

    WHERE ARE MY FOLDERS? I AM MISSING SEVERAL! I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THE NEWS FEED! GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT AND RESTORE MY FOLDERS!😠
