    when an email comes in...I want to know how many I have in new mail...I don't care about the sound of when it come..just the number.

    I'm missing years of very important organized emails!! AOL mail is now as bad as AOL News! All the organized emailed receipts! emails from bankers and the tax accountant. ALL GONE.

    Only thing keeping me with AOL is the easy familiar format. Listen to your loyal users and go back or I'll be leaving

    The latest app upgrade was a huge downgrade. I see what others are saying and agree with them, but I Do Not Like Having To Open Emails To Have To Delete Them! (( Not being Able To Select & Then Delete Each Seperate Email Is A Hackers Dream Come True)) Please Revert Back to the Old Layout.
    Where the heck are my email folders? ( Figured this out)

    Return to previous format. I am receiving so many more 'scam' emails with new format and it,s extremely frustrating and dangerous.
