    This is unacceptable! terrible platform. been using aol for many years and loved it. now I HATE it!

    I miss being able to refresh my mail. When I used to refresh all of the mail I already read disappeared. Now it just stays there until I delete it.

    This new app seems to make things harder, not easier

    With the forced out new android app all email folders do not show up. Uninstalled and reinstalled and the folders still not there. AOL help said they can't help. Fix the problem

    Go back to what it was before you changed it and didn't even bother to inform anyone.

    New format is poorly designed. Please revise the format to make it easier to find sent emails, old emails, etc.

    Please return to previous e-mail format which was excellent. The current one is REALLY BAD.

    Font is too small and cannot make larger without having to expand with my fingers and then go back and forth. Very frustrating
