    Give a couple of Format Options to choose from. Ths simplicity of My Files & Mail is why I kept AOL all these years. I'm sure millions agree. Don't try to be like everybody else. Stay Easy to Use. Now I have Files Missing!!

    in the old format, I could turn the phone 90 degrees and see more text of the opening line of the email without opening it. now when I rotate the phone nothing happens even though my phone is set to enable the rotate screen option.

    finally after 3 years you updated the aol app. However the old format was easier to use. Why after all this time there still isn't a DARK MODE to save on battery life?

    put the email back like it was. people that have had AOL for along time like me ,have stayed here because that's the format we like.n
