    on a phone it's impossible to read emails because the font is extremely small. Please have option for increase font size ASAP!

    I have lost many addresses can original info be restored. I prefer to keep personal contacts and general email separate.

    Go back to the old format, it is much better that this new one. The person who thought of it should be given other duties.

    AOL wiped out 2/3 of my folders and won't let me create any more. SUCKS!! Need to know how to retrieve them with all their content intact. My computer version still has all folders just lost on mobile app.

    I have lost SOME VERY IMPORTANT FOLDERS BECAUSE OF THE NEW FORMAT!!!

    The interface is harder to use. It needs multiple panels - at least one with the contents of the folder and an mesage panel on the side or top or bottom - like every other email app/interface.
