Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    Very messy new format. can't do a lot of stuff that I could do before. I don't like that it does not sync with all devices.

    separate/categorize emails. have option button to delete ALL (at once) opt to delete ALL by Date.

    Many of my folders and contacts are missing, if I email myself I get a mailer daemon notice. I'm sure there are more things that I haven't discovered. Just let us go back to the old system and stop making "improvements." because they are anything but.

    on internet aol.com you can sign/log off/out. don't see it on the app. Yahoo and Twitter, same problem

    Leave a read email in new mail for a bit longer giving time to both forward then respond to it

    I prefere the old format. It was rotating. The currently "initiales avatars" looks like coming from eitghies, I will prefer something more design. Thank you for what you will do to live a better experience on aol. ☺

    I can't receive mail from a group that has needed info, regularly.
    They say it was returned and will no longer send because of this.

    I am not able to access AOL Emails using computers. My location is Goa, India.

    beim Klicken auf eine Mail im Benachrichtigungsmenü wird man zwar in die App jedoch nicht zeitnah zu dieser Mail rein geführt. suchen von Mails in einem vollen Postfach wird so nicht spassig

    I don't like the new version any more than all the other complaints & I have previously posted my review about it.
    With all the complaints & problems people have I want to know what is AOL going to do about it & how quickly will it be done? I have used AOL for years & would hate to change to someone else but I will if changes are made pretty soon.

    I HATE this new format so much I am considering to not use my aol email address I have had for over 20 years. A new ad every time I check my emails. I think I am switching my main email. Thanks for RUINING aol for me.

    quit changing my phone apps! I am not a techno whiz, and don't want to be. My father is terminally I'll, and I don't have time to learn new apps, programs, etc while trying to notify friends and family
