    The old version was so much better the one here is no longer user-friendly and totally confusing!

    the new format sucks! at least it only affectes my phone, not tablet,laptop or desktop! want the old one back!

    Much preferred old format. This one too busy. Also, our incoming mail suddenly going to Spam, not Inbox! Sucks!

    no contact list when you want to forward mail
    go back to old format
    much easier to use.

    this new format is almost totally unusable. I can't see enough of who sent it and I can't rotate the screen. How am I supposed to read my mail? I am extremely disappointed to the point where I will have to look for and alternative. the old format was worth having, this one is not.

    this format won't even rotate the page on my phone. Therefore I cannot even read the messages easily.

    Pls return to old format. Icons are ugly, sorry. Changed them in main but do not show up right next to the email address.

    this new format is the same as yahoo only it has more quirks, please go back to the original version!

    Your "news" articles are unfortunately not news, but only extremely biased opinions. I've been a long time user of AOL mail and I like the email service, but I don't want to read opinions disguised as news.
