    New Email format is awful!!!
    Please restore old Email format. Can't navigate this one, it's BAD!!!

    And the new system does not work well. It does not keep as new any emails that I have asked it to keep as new. I have to go find them in old mail and then restore them from that. At the least, please fix this.

    Lots of VERY IMPORTANT files, folders are lost. The new format is terrible! Why change it if it worked well all these years? At the very least, give us a heads up so we can change, consolidate or remove existing folders & files. This is very, very frustrating.

    Wouldn't even post my comments until I describe my "idea in more detail" because it matched other, similar (unhappy) comments. Doesn't that say something?!?!

    Effing finally found mine in the SAVED folder yet others aren't in there. I'm so ****** everything is screwed up.

    Return all saved emails
    filed. Give me notice and time to transfer them to USB.

    Revert back. Previous format was much better. This new format is similar to mainstream media like Gmail. Don't be a copycat. Stay unique.

    Many of my Folders are MISSING.
