    In the old version, all 7 usernames under Switch Screen indicated which have new messages. Without this lovely AOL feature, it is necessary to open each one to check for any new mail.

    I don't have an option to do my "Group email" anymore. It's gone. Bring back the old format ASAP!!!

    i am an elderly woman and this new format is just too hard for me. i deleted some important emails because this format is so crazy to use now

    100% wrong to change my email without asking, to which I would have said NO

    I have lost folders with important information in them. Restore tbe lost folders along with the previous format. This one is horrible!
