Old format so much better.
Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

The new version has so many little problems and several HUGE ones that I am seriously considering dropping AOL use!
The new version knocks me out of an email I'm reading EVERY TIME a new email comes in ... pretty frustrating "improvement".
Font/pictures in emails so small it's hard to see ... another "improvement?"
Somehow "improved version" managed to wipe out several saved folders, INCLUDING MY AOL REFERENCE so I've had to handle email I'd like to keep from scratch for the now missing folders.
I've experienced "bugs" with updates to software before, understanding that will happen, but this version is THE WORST I've had to deal with ... I HATE IT!!!!SUGGESTION IS GO BACK TO PREVIOUS VERSION OR GIVE OPTION TO DO SO TO USERS

Why do I now need to describe my idea in more detail? It's my opinion, you don't get to decide if it's worthy of taking up more space. (I can't copy/paste my short hand so I now expand the full response; have to write it again, that's part of the problem... wasting the consumer's time.) You don't know how many times I have just about cut AOL out of my life. Price, formatting, problems on different devices; OUTBOXES FOUL UP SENDING OF EMAILS! DO AWAY WITH THEM!

I had all of my old emails in files and half of them disappeared. If you guys could let us have the option to have the old format I would be a happy customer. I hate your new layout.

When I am about to write a Bcc email to myself and type my 1st name as listed in the contact list, AOL cannot find my entry. This happens with some other contacts, too. Neither Verizon wireless nor AOL tech support reps knew why. Sync contacts is on. Everything else is in order, based on both tech reps.

Go back to old system. The new one stinks. You even make it difficult to post a comment

small phone, small print, and no auto-rotate. a combination that makes me tell you to stop ruining a good thing.
give us back auto-rotate. why would you get rid of it anyway? -

Andriod users should be able to see how many new items are in their mailbox without having to navigate specifically to the mailbox. Ditto when you are still signed in but have minimized the app to work on other apps. This was the case prior to this latest upgrade. My AOL email is my primary email for work, so the ability I describe above is quite important to me.
