    complaints: new format UNfriendly, no flow, unpleasant print, don't want to use it.

    I have ALWAYS used this app, since being taken over from Verizon, to read my email. I rarely use your news service. With your latest "improvement", each time the app is opened, we are defaulted to your news feed. Please change this back to default to the email feed, or provide an option to allow me to select which is the default feed upon opening the app.

    can't even figure how to work this! have u taken into account that most users have been here >30y??? touching doesn't always work, lists do!

    Previously to your most recent "improvement", I was able to comfortably read my emails on my phone. The fonts used in the email now are so small, I need a magnifying glass to read them. Increase the font size or provide an option to select a larger font size please.

    AOL on smart phone impossibly small and cannot be read without rotating.

    Your updated AOL app no longer gives me notifications on mail. I have set all necessary permissions for this app. Only when i open the app is when i receive notification of my mails. Pointless!

    Auto rotate no longer works with your latest "improvement" when viewing emails. This is a very important feature to me and many of your users and we want it restored.

    I want my mail to show as soon as I click on AOL Mail not the news

    The new version has so many little problems and several HUGE ones that I am seriously considering dropping AOL use!
    The new version knocks me out of an email I'm reading EVERY TIME a new email comes in ... pretty frustrating "improvement".
    Font/pictures in emails so small it's hard to see ... another "improvement?"
    Somehow "improved version" managed to wipe out several saved folders, INCLUDING MY AOL REFERENCE so I've had to handle email I'd like to keep from scratch for the now missing folders.
    I've experienced "bugs" with updates to software before, understanding that will happen, but this version is THE WORST I've had to deal with ... I HATE IT!!!!

    SUGGESTION IS GO BACK TO PREVIOUS VERSION OR GIVE OPTION TO DO SO TO USERS

    after I read something I don't want it to go to Old mail necessarily but how do I stop it?
