Old format so much better.
Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

Please allow Top Contacts to be deleted from list/history when using email search function. I do not want to delete the contact just don't want it to show on as a Top Contact.

Current email format is the worst format since AOL was created. Cannot flag messages, cannot sort messages.

unusable for me. Can't figure it out to even see mail. I will have to leave and stop paying for service I can't use anymore. it was so easy till now.

The look is awkward. When I asked for a check box instead of a distracting and uninformative graphic symbol, it did not do what I asked.
