    I HATE this new format. Total # of emails received is missing. Saved files are missing. Spam removal gone. Not user friendly.
    Not intuitive.
    RETURN TO THE OLD FORMAT..ASAP!

    There should be a choice for those who want the old email format with no bells and whistles versus the new format which is extremely annoying for me.

    I lost my icon for my old email. Can I possible get it back to use, instead of the new AOL.

    go back to old aol mail, this new format sucks, I have been with aol since 1995, thinking about closing it.
