Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    New version will not go horizontal. Hate it! Also missing some of my folders. Why did you break a good thing?

    Please go back to the old format. It was very user friendly. This format won't allow me to type the name of the sender of messages that I want to find. This new format is very limited and useless as far as I am concerned

    get rid of the endless ads or at least give us a way to stop them (as opposed to merely deleting them).

    Put spam in spam, not in my inbox. You made the wrong changes. Privacy is becoming obsolete

    Go back to the original but you know you wont do that because customer service doesn't matter anymore.

    I like the old format better than this new one. I wish there was an option to change it back.
