    Suddenly LOST hundreds of CRITICAL saved documents & their FOLDERS. Please RESTORE them immediately!

    Go back to the old email format and do not randomly delete email folders.

    I'm leaving aol.com. you had no right to change the format and delete our files. I had IMPORTANT files saved and now.... gone. Impossibly hard to find any files if you want to look for an email you had saved.
