Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    change the background color or give the user the option to change it to what ever color they want

    you should have offered a choice as to whether we wanted or needed this new format and you should consider doing that now! I got no advance notice...just tried to open my email the way I always do, horizontally, and it doesn't allow for that. it's harder to delete emails that you KNOW yo don't want to read. Go Back to the older, better format. New doesn't always mean good/better.

    I will not lower my firewall. This so called update is a complete bust. I am seriously thinking of changing all my e- mails and getting rid of you completely.

    Want to see list of only starred items like I wasxable to with flagged items before.

    Lose the flashy ad style and get to basics. It's email, not The Queen's Coronation. It needs function not splash... EVERY TIME!

    I hate this new format. I'm thinking of discontinuing aol and go elsewhere. this new format is awful!

    The different colors, and so many ads...messing with my mind! Very disappointed .

    The new format does not meet my needs. I cannot access my group mailing list and am having difficulty navigating this new format. It may be that I will have to change provider.
