Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    I hate this new format. This format is hard to use. I lost files. My email was missing for a few days. Looks like I am not alone with my opinion. Go back to the old one.

    Email formate not user friendly. We all want the original format back. After all, you're asking for our feedback. Go figure...

    New format counter-intuitve. Can't search mail now no matter what I try. Seriously thinking it's time to switch to Gmail. I didn't do that for all these years because AOL was so user friendly. Now there's no reason to keep AOL.

    Please go back to the old format. I can no longer attach pictures from my phone. They appear as a thumbnail in the messages with a reduced file size. That is NOT useful to me.
