    I just need to have help getting to my Sony emails. Despite being told from folks on your end, whom I genuinely believe, I can not even see these emails on my end. Why and how did this happen?

    Where's the filter button for flagged or "starred" emails? What's the purpose of starring an email without the ability to filter those emails?
