Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    My previous rating was 4 stars but i had to change it first to 2 and now a 1 really want to say 0. When i compose an email and want to add an attachment it brings up previous attached photos and files.....went to settings- clear cache and it just keeps spinning and nothing is cleared. Have uninstalled the ap and reinstalled and all those cached attachments are still there and cannot be cleared. I cant think of any reason for this feature .. Am thinking of deleting and go back to accessing mail on webpage.
    I cant remember ever seeing an ap on Google play receive so many negative reviews. How about some help? Or go back to the old version

    Listen this new system or upgrade you have. is cheap it is nothing I had expected to AOL do. I have lost about 50 folder in the is system . I have lost over 59 folder sence this new up grade . what I do now some were as old as 10 years.

    The font is too tiny on most mail, yet enlarging it means swiping back and forth to read, as there's no auto-rotate. That is very tedious! And why have most of my folders vanished? Remember: we pay for AOL. I've been a long time loyal customer but am considering cancelling.

    i would like to see the old format it was so much friendlier. i can not find my mail🤔 on this new format. how is that improving. Feel like you are going backsward, please, please bring the old format back.!!

    After opening & reading email, was puzzled that reviewed email was no longer in INBOX - had disappeared. Later realized that, after reading email, in attempt to get back to INBOX, had inadvertently deleted email out of habit of selecting INBOX in lower LH corner.

    Relocate DELETE far from lower LH corner where INBOX (Drafts, Sent, Archive, etc.) located.
