    My mail folders were in alphabet order now they are all screwed up and no way to fix.

    Too many ads that we now have to devote time to deleting. This is such a downgrade. How is this a better consumer experience?? 😳

    Very simple my folders and e-mail have disappeared with this new version of AOL.

    Take out the new program and revert to the original. It may have been helpful if you had warned it was happening. i do not have the time nor energy to work out by intuition how I even get into it.
