    I can't verify my purchases are track the shipping without confirmation numbers. very inconvenient

    I am very upset and distressed because many of My Folders Saved by topics with vital information are missing. I want them back! Please Restore Back to My Original Account Format ASAP with My Folders Return.

    not a fair move to wipe out a user's signature. please restore same.

    Due to chronic glitches the last couple years, progressively getting worse, I'll never use AOL as my primary again. The most dominant reason I left is critical lack/non-existent support. The new layout is nice, resembling Yahoo very closely. Mail is the only feature of AOL I use. Don't appreciate the app opens by default to news and there's no setting to switch that up.

    never has anything from aol been so awful or user unfriendly! Don't try to "fix" what wasn't broken! Give us back our good system..
