    Old FORMAT is so much easier to use. New format is junk.

    Return to the original format, please. Those that are with AOL have remained for a reason...they're probably set in their ways and appreciate things like they were. Please go back to the format that used before, which I like so much better.

    Whenever I am reading an email and a new email arrives, AOL kicks me out if the open email to the new mail list. I got kicked off the same email 9 times and it took me 15 minutes to read it. Not acceptable. Go back to previous version. This is just one complaint with the new version.

    The supposed to be new format is TRASH, STOP FIXING THINGS THAT AREN'T BROKEN ! Just leave it alone and let it work !

    bring back old format please. I do not even know how to respond to an email that was sent to me. please bring back the old format.

    restore landscape for email on tablets. Vertical is so wrong.
