Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

I have to open each email to delete it. what a pain. I have been thinking of changing email addresses. maybe this is a good time. I'm one of the few who actually pays for this.

too many to list. the whole format for mail is horrible. now it's next to impossible to tell which messages were already read. it's too busy. absolutely absurd anyone would think it is an improvement
