Old format so much better.
Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

The new update is NOT user friendly as the old format. The old was simple and easy to use. The New requires too many steps to accomplish the same tasks. I have avoided using my Gmail acct as I preferred the ease and simplicity of AOL. Now, the new AOL acts as a Gmail wannabe, having lost it's appeal and user friendly qualities.
The New format is cumbersome and requires too many steps and selections as opposed to old format where my options were on the same screen when opening..
Also, Arbitrarily ' choosing' which folders appear, while putting others as saved, is not welcomed and not clear why occurred.
Please consider reestablishing some of customer preferred older features...the feedback appears very consistently opposed to many of the changes. -

Terrible new format !
Many of my folders with important information are missing. I want them back.
Let we know how to recover them. Have used AOL since the internet started, but may have to use my Gmail account only now. -
