    Please bring back the old format. It is not user friendly.

    There's Way too Much Clutter All Around the Email - and Because of All that Stuff Surrounding the Email the Email Text Now is very TINY. Can Barely Read it... Therefore, I'll Have to Use one of My Other Email Accounts as My NEW Primary Email. You simply made a Good Product into a Bad One. AHhhhh

    phone version different than desktop. Not all files are available like before.

    everything is gone. my grandmother sent me tons of mail. she is gone.
    I had emails from movie stars. why does aol look so cheap and useless now.
    I had great aunt emails proving her admission to stealing my dads trust/ inheritance. there are so many things wrong with the new format I do not even know where to begin except to move on to another platform.

    why would you not make the new formatting user friendly so we can have a choice as to how we want to view things instead of forcing us to see news we arent interested in?

    my group email list doesn't not work on my phone but does on my desktop
    it worked on phone and desktop before the last update. ljmoller@aol.com

    unable to see all my folders in saved mail. no place to search unless saving a new email.
