    just an awful format it takes me to a homepage instead of my emails

    the text of a reply email isn't visible when opened, but the first words are visible in the preview window

    If this new regressive format continues, I will cancel my aol account even if that means losing my email history.

    we had very little warning this was happening. I cannot find one of my folders now.

    I want the old email system back. NOW. I have been saving emails from various sources for years for research and you arbitrarily dumped a lot of my folders. WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. HOW DARE YOU. I can't even reconstruct the files because thanks to you, I can't find them. FIX IT.

    old format was so easy and better, can't find all the folders I setup, emails disappear.

    AOL no longer syncs with outlook or Windows 10 despite following the instructions from the AOL help page, thus I am unable to read all my mail from one place. This has left me with the enormous task of contacting all of my email contacts to change to an alternative email account.
