Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    I click on a news story and it opens but it will not let me scroll to read it. This has happened since the new format came on.

    I have never wanted to move my email acct to GOOGLE but if you get rid of this awful format I'm going to give it serious consideration. At least I'd then also have calendar access on my phone too.

    No matter how I "attach" an image, it only seems to embed it.

    This new format is awful, revert to the previous one ASAP.

    In spam there is an annoying pop up questioning me on my decision on deleting. But it is not on New Mail. We should be able to turn the pop up off in settings.

    return to the old format can't find saved emails, deleted emails or spam emails don't like this format

    I need it to respond to my Note 9 Auto Orientation setting. When I turn my phone to view the emails in landscape it will not show in landscape. Could not find an AOL setting for that.
    Also I'm very pleased with the color in the left side icon of each email and when you tap it the select box appears. You can select many emails to move or delete. The new format I've seen so far I've been waiting for for many years.
    Change is always hard to get used to....

    I also agree that since I am paying for your service, I should have a say in the format. I guess this is what happens when the competition buys you out.
