    setting up Android mail with SMTP is not working on outgoing mail. incomming worked Until delete account and setting up new account ,incomming and outgoing givs wrong password even of i can login in aol mail with it. so password is correct.

    In the new AolMail contacts deleted in the old app are popping up (with details about conversations).They can't be deleted. If I switch to basic AolMail those contacts are (as expected) no more there.
    The conclusion is that, somehow, the servers are storing information that the user believed to be gone.

    Ich möchte nicht alle meine Geräte über denselben Dienst mit AOL verbinden, sonst wäre es sinnlos, mein mail.aol konto mit einem aktuell richtig starken Kennwort zu schützen.

    when marking message as unread within the message, it doesn't do anything. go back to inbox and message is considered read. have to still mark as unread from inbox menu.

    email is messed up. I had my email set the way I enjoyed it. One day I signed on eàrly that morning everything was ok. I signed on about 2 hours later and just that quick my old format had changed. It's like what on earth, mayhem. I tried to change back to no avail. I think that I should've had a choice. I HATE this new format. Absolutely too many changes. I can get plain Jane on a number of other IPs. Friends laughed at me for keeping AOL, I told them I kept AOL because of the features you offered.
    Well, that's changed.
    I kept very important files abs I can't find them now.
    You say you listen, well You need to listen or maybe it doesn't matter how many customers you risk losing, and who will inform others about your lack of concern.
    Once a happy customer and now a VERY unhappy customer.

    allow for aol app to expand to fill the page. too small

    fix the problem with the emails even one that were move to a folder of opening when you click on the next one or bring back the open next email option after deleting or moving an email and a button on the actual email to keep as new would be nice too

    new format sucks go back to old format. I have been with AOL since the early 90s

    The old email system was so much better. This AOL app is awful! On many occasions, I will compose an email, attempt to send it, and get "Sorry, message not sent". I then go to "Drafts", attempt to send it again, and get "Sorry, Draft not saved" when it is clearly there! ...or "Sorry, message not sent" again! Why not?!! Over a period of time and many attempts, it often just disappears completely! These are all sent to active email addresses. This did not happen before I was forced into the AOL app! If these issues are not fixed, I'll have to go with another company.
