    Most of my folders are missing. I now have 700+ emails because I can't locate the folder to save them in. Also, when I read my email I can't mark it unread so I can go back to it later. Sometimes it goes into old mail, sometimes it is just gone. I hate the new format, you are forcing me to use my PC to Che k my mail.

    I don't need sports or a couple other tabs, I can't see some whole e-mails without rotation, and I still get some spam sent to my inbox and can't filter them out myself. I don't need ads in my e-mail, I'm not going to click on them, they just get in the way!

    the older version on AOL allowed for viewing email in portrait or landscape modes.

    make it easier to access folders so they can be deleted.

    The app has created a new folder named saved and moved half of my folders into it. Why? I spent hours with your help desk only to be told it's an issue with the app and can't be fixed. This is extremely annoying. The app is terrible.

    This version doesn't operate well on my tablet or phone. The older version didn't awkwardly behave on the smaller platforms.

    making email text bigger by using two fingers makes it go off screen and you have to scroll left and right to read...

    my saved recipe folder is missing on my Android phone. I have been saving these recipes for years. Very upsetting. I can get them on Ipad, however, but do not know how to transfer that saved folder to my phone.
    Please help

    Everything about the new AOL app is awful! Too much like Yahoo! And my 70 folders and address bok are gone. Addresses do not fll in! All missing. Give us the old app back!

    your new set up sucks. If 100's of people didn't have my original email address I would switch to gmail.com in a heartbeat. New addresses..aol is history

    reinstate text enlarge feature. I cannot read my AOL mail and have to forward it to my BT mail account in order to read it. This is not fit for purpose. Also allow viewing in landscape mode. Surely AOL is capable of sorting this out??
