    many of my email folders are missing on the new mobile format. They still appear on my desktop and laptop.

    I have missing files. When I open on the app, Files are missing. When I open on (Chrome) mail.aol.com, the files are there. Please fix this.

    Can't update location on aol app. Shows me in New York when I'm in Riverside CA. I have a family member in NYC on my FB account which is connected to aol. Tax scam? Location is very misleading.

    Fix ability to update location. AOL app insists on showing me in New York when I'm in Riverside CA. Misleading?? I should not be connected to LYDIE @aol.com. That's someone pretending to be me or someone related.

    fire the morons who messed with a perfectly well-working system to "improve" it. They ruined my tablet use. These improvements are making it very VERY laborious and annoying to use my tablet. i havectrued to get used to it, but it is really aggravating.

    I have 2 aol accounts. It won't let me switch back and forth without continuously signing in and out. It won't show me both at one time. No options to fix it. Absolutely nothing is user friendly!
    And those annoying constant ads at the top of the email pain that constantly have to be cleared off make me NEVER want to do business with ANY of the companies who advertise like that! I can't stand having **** I don't want shoved in my face constantly when I'm trying to work!
    I've used AOL for years and years, but I'm ready to change!
